IE6 LAN settings missing after reboot

In IE6 tools>Internet Options>Connections>LAN Settings is where I have a PAC file address in the use automatic configuration script. After reboot it is not there. All PC’s had this address in IE, last week every PC lost address. Anybody have this happen to them? Please disregard post GPO issue.
