IE6 no Mozilla Yes

My IE6.0 just started giving me “Page cannot be displayed” I have XP Pro, have scanned for virus, used AdAware, nothing found. I have Mozilla on the same machine and it works fine. Went through the Microsoft knowledge base and followed the uninstall reinstall procedure to no avail. Same thing still happens. Any ideas would be appreciated.
