When I start IE7 it does start fast BUT the first tab says “Connecting…” and it takes about 7-8 seconds before you see the “About:Blank” and the toolbar on the 2nd line…
I have disabled a lot of the add-ins to see if they may be causing the ‘delay’
How do I tell what is trying to “COnnect” to?
