If Apple made Automobiles

They would be stylish and sleek, with just one control, a big 'home' pedal in front of the driver.

They would cost $75,000 for a basic model, $100,000 for the 'Pro' model.

Floor mats cost $1,000 and the upgraded stereo costs $10,000.

The hood would not open, as the user need not be concerned about that 'engine' thing.

You would tow it to the Apple store, and wait for ten hours before a 'Genius' can tell you that you need a new battery.

You can only buy fuel from the 'Fuel Store' run by Apple, and the fuel tank opening would be some unusual shape and size, making it impossible to put fuel in through any other method.

After two years, Apple would change the shape of the fuel tank opening. This would either require a $5,000 upgrade, or the purchase of a new car. Since the new car has so many cool features, people simply buy the new car.

Needless to say, those who drove Apple cars would smile and wave as they passed scores of Microsoft cars on the side of the road, their owners poking around under the hood for the faulty DLL that causes the engine to restart over and over and over, while the car's dashboard goes to a solid blue with a 'IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL' error.

Happy Holidays, y'all.
