If Function Help Please

I am trying to make an IF function on my AS spreadsheet project basically I need it to be along the lines of

=IF(C3=1 hour and C6=adult,?18,””)

Not sure how to do the and part and how I can use the words instead of using numbers as I have to use text as the cells have to be list validated

Any help greatly appreciated
