Iinternet Explore

Hi, i have a weird problem that i have never seen it. Here is the problem. Everytime i click on the IE and it shows the blank page, no text no image… nothing. I checked the internet conection is fine. It doesn’t matter what site that i visited. Itshows blank. Does any one know WHY. Your response is greatly appreciated. I am using the IE6.0 on the windowsNT, Also i unstall and reinstalled it still does work.
