IIS 4.0

by pmarsh . Updated 24 years, 10 months ago

I’ve got IIS 4.0 running on a box and I want to set-up some redundancy slash a little fault tolerance. I want to set up a duplication of the current site on another box and be able to switch between them as needed. I know I’ll have to repoint a few things but that’s not my concern. My concern is how to I sync the two machines so the sites are the same. Can this be done via replication? I suppose I could just recreate the site on the second box but that would mean every time I do edits I’llhave to do it on two rather than one. I’m sure there is an easy way to get this done. Any ideas or thoughts would be great.
