IIS 4.0 crashes with Drwatson error

Our web server frequently crashes with drwatson error. here is more information: windows nt 4.0, IIS 4.0, Sp6a applied, active server pages, web server talks with backend oracle database 8.1.5, oracle database is on unix platform.

  Install the IIS Exception Monitor on the web server. You can download it from msdn.microsoft.com or it comes in the Technet CD’s. The utility will help you determine what is causing the Dr. Watson’s
