On a Windows 2000 server hosting about only 15 domains right now, two or three web sites will load images very very slowly (text loads quickly) — while other sites load extremely fast, as normal. It sometimes takes multiple IIS resets or even full system restarts to fix the problem — which recurs on differents sites within a matter of hours (time varies). Affected sites vary, too. Very strange, very ugly, and very urgent! Thank you for sharing any insight into this matter ASAP.
