IIS 5.0

when i open the IIS and then open the default web site, I see a red error mark next to public, exchange and exadmin,
Can some one please tell me whats the problem.?
and I do have exchange running and the outlook web access works fine.
I just can’t connect to the service using outlook 2000 and i don’t but the problem could be connected
please help me
