IIS 5.0 and Frontpage

I have a home website that we use Frontpage2000 to edit. I loaded Frontpage2002 on another computer in my home network and now use both versions to edit the site. I recently moved the website to another computer by moving ‘Inetpub’ to the new computer. Suddenly, many of the Frontpage components don’t work. Any ideas would be helpful.
