IIS 5.0 doesn't accept HTTP connections

By Liaor ·
I'm running Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP2 with IIS 5.0 and suddenly, IIS 5.0 stops serving HTTP connections to outside network connections

Here's what I mean.
I (in my local network) can access the IIS server (through an internet browser) no problem. However, if I wanted to access the IIS server from the outside (again, through an internet browser), I would get an error along the lines of "Cannot connect to server or DNS error."

However, if I connect from the outside with an FTP connection, the server responds.

I've been trying to narrow down the problem.
My DNS setup looks correct at DynDNS, so DNS can't be it.
I have no firewall (uninstalled to see if it was blocking outside connections)
I've got all the updates from WindowsUpdate.

The server used to work before, and now it doesn't.

Does anyone have any ideas? It would be greatly appreciated.
