IIS default web site

I was trying to setup web server using IIS in windows 2000 advanced server, I can access the server by entering the IP address of the machine. For example, I entered “163.223.45.6”, then list of files and folders appears! But How can I set once I entered the IP address, the default or index HTML file will show in the brower(Without enter something like 163.223.45.6/index.html or 163.223.45.6/default.html)? Also, It’s there any web sites that I can know more about setting up FTP server, and windows 2000? Thanks!
