By ferrell ·
On our NT 4.0 SP5 server, IIS has started getting an EVENT ID 4104, Source - Transaction Server, Category - Context Wrapper. There is also a Pop-up window with InetInfo.exe - application error - The instruction at "0x77f64721" referenced memory at "0x1b7c94fe". The memory could not be "written". Can anyone help please?
