IIS Home Directory Sharing URL Redirect

All:
I’m trying to share code on ServerA by pointing the Home Directories on IIS Servers B and C to the Shared folder on A. To this point, I can’t get it to work. I’m using IIS 4.0 on W2K SP3.
My alternative is URL redirection, but I don’t think the two methods are the same.
