How do you configure 2 NT/IIS Servers that supposed to be working in parallel for a single website?

If I understand correctly, you need to run a single web site on two IIS servers ? Reason I presume is for load balancing/mirroring... right ???
You can not use IIS but use App Servers capable of Load Balancing like Oracle 9i or BEA Web Logic.

Or you can use IIS and use a hardware solution to "load balancing". Look at the Big-IP hardware (unix based) to load balancing at:

You could also set up DNS Round Robin between your 2 web servers. Configure A record DNS entries for both web servers, set the TTL to 0, and turn on Round Robin. This way, your DNS servers will handle routing from one IIS server to the other.

Hope this helps.
