IIS Permissions for Domain users

Hi.. all of you,

Our network as 20 users. We basically work on MS technologies ie. SQL, Visual Studio 6.0/.net installed on the local systems.
All our users have started to logon to the domain(Win 2k) from past 2 days .I want the domain users to get permissions to access their local system IIS console to maintain the local projects created on their systems for testing and learning.

can anybody help me on this issue on what sort of permissions it requires and also Pl. let me know any articles on this.
