IIS – Web Publishing

I’m using WindowsServer 2000 I’ve 50 user those want to publish there Web pages.I installed IIS and, Web share their profiles to publish their Web using Frong Page.
But they are unable to write data in their .asp files.( they have only Domain usersrights )

How can they run .asp database with minimum rights in their published Webs in Domain Profiles?
