IIS with Windows Me?

I am a developer running applications such as Visual Studio, Dreamweaver, etc. I would like to be able to program in ColdFusion, Visual Interdev, and UltraDev on my home computer (just for single personal use; no Internet access is needed). However, to do so I either need PWS or IIS. PWS is out of the question because it cannot run on Windows Me–when I tried it corrupted up the Registry and required a clean re-installation of Windows. Therefore, is it possible to install and run IIS 4 onWindows Me? (I think you can do this with Windows 95?) If so, how does one obtain a copy of IIS to install? If this is not possible, what would you recommend as an alternative?
