I got a problem with Adobe Illustrator CS5. After downloading of a regular adobe updates, Illustrator started to misbehave while launching login window. All the days i was running a trial version and it worked fine for me. Then i decided to reinstall Illustrator, downloaded it from the official site, and installed it at last. Now the program opens and while opening it displays a message Error loading plugins. AISaveForWeb.aip DxfDwg.aip PNGFileFormat.aip and crashes after the first save. Why this happening and how to fix?

Delete the plugins

Browse to this folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS5\Support Files\Required
look for a duplicate ADMplugin.apl file (probably named ADMplugin(1).apl) and delete it.
AI should start normally.
I had the control panel.aip issue and this worked for me. I tracked down the problem by temporarily removing the plug-ins folder from this directory...
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS5
...then starting Illustrator. The program crashes on startup. When the crash report appears, looking at the content of crash report points to ADMplugin.apl.

This must help, but if still not, then maybe it's time to try a good professional program that fixes both small and severe corruption. I would recommend Recovery Toolbox for Illustrator
