I’m looking for indexing software

I want to index articles from a very specific set of magazines that I own, similar to the way the Readers’ Guide to Periodical Literature. This is for the use of a relatively small number of people, so I’m willing to spend some money but not a huge amount.

I’ve searched for indexing software but everything I find is for indexing a book, which is not I want.

Any ideas about a program that would help me?

Very first I need to understand the policy of website that you want to index. Why you need software when Google is easily indexing all of the content using the sitemap.
