I'm missing end dates in Exchange/Outlook cal and missing meetings...Why?

Hello, I have Exchange 2003 running on Server 2003 SBS, and Outlook 2010 and 2007 on workstations. We're having an issue where meetings are being missed because meetings are not showing up on Outlook calendars, but are showing up on iPhones. When the view is changed to list, we notice that there are no end dates for both recurrence and one-time only meetings. When the meeting is clicked, the end date and time is displayed in the meeting correctly. I then add the date and time to the view, and it appears in the monthly calendar view. What can I do to fix the problem. We think it may have something to do with moving meeting times from originally scheduled, or forwarding meeting requests. I can't seem to duplicate the issue.
