Its an early 1998 version, the problem is that when I push the power button the light and tone come on but quickly dies (on for about 2 seconds).
And so wont start up, it sounds like the power supply swiches itself off. I thought it could be a fault on the analogue board causing the power supply to turn off. If anyone has any ideas / suggestions as to what components could have failed etc, it would help a lot. Please let me know if you require further info.
