Image a Hard Drive Ghost?

I have 7 W2000 servers I want to create images of the hard drives for disaster recovery in case of a crash etc….. I would like to keep the image on the network and restore across the network in necessary. What do you suggest? Norton Ghost? WhatVersion? Are there licencing issues? I have seen ghost user packs what are they for? Is there a better product or method? Please be specific. Thanks in advance
