IMAGE PROBLEM norton ghost

I have a w2k pro installed on a k7s5a mother bd with on board nic. I m using the norton ghost boot disk wizard. im having problem making boot disk. The mother board hase 2 driver files. sisnic.sys and netoem.inf. When making boot disk chose is either ndis driver or packet driver. ndis looks for a .dos file and packet looks for .exe or .com how can I mdke the boot disk. thanks
