I’m not having any luck with getting an image of a Solaris disk. ‘Drats and consternation’ comes close, but that’s it. If I’m completely missing the boat on some technical issue I would appreciate being corrected. I am adding a Solaris 8 machine to the lab and trying out some ‘basic’ admin tasks, most of which are my first outings for this *nix. Direct cures would be welcome but a source for regularly executed admin tasks would be as welcome. Several hours without sleep have me stumped and numb.
