I’ve been dealing with this problem for a long time.
What I’m trying to do is install the Chinese Traditional IME 5.02 for Windows from Microsoft, but whenever I try to use it, the menus are all garbled up where there is supposed to be Chinese. The on display keyboard also doesn’t work, for it needs the Chinese characters to display.
I’ve tried uninstalling Chinese Support and reinstalling to no avail.
The Chinese Language Packs have been reinstalled.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
