I am faced with a corprate that has been sold a front end POS solution using MS Windows,NT & power builder script which acts as a front end to an Oracle 8I db.Expecting to roll out on a base 0f 300 clients at P100 IBM PC330 Spec’s. The current POS system is O/S2 based and faster, Yes i know the overhead issues. I’m Looking for valid points of arguement………………..
