I’m planning to interconnect 3 LANs for a company, which are located in a geographic area of 6 Kilo meter radius. I’m thinking of using WiMax to make a WAN point-to-point link between these 3 locations. I would like to know if this is possible, and if so what are hardware and equipments (ie. CPEs, Antennas, radio transmitters, routers, etc…) which will be required. Please post any comments or suggestions in terms of building the WAN infrastructure for this network.
