Hi! My boss recently read about “Click to Call” or “Push to Talk” from a person from eStara. He is now convinced that it will be useful for our website and web applications. He wants me to make a comparision matrix of all the leading providers.
Been searching high and low and I cannot understand what I need to look for to start this research. Can somebody point me to a direction on how to best implement “Click to call?
