import 2000 users

I have a W2K Server (active directory domain). I have over 2000 users (highschool students) I would like to add to the Active Directory all at the same time. All users would have the same permissions, login script, etc. They would each have their own individual on the server. Is there an easy way to setup these users all at once instead of individually. I can easily create a text file of the user names (student id#) to import from.
