Importance of security options

My manager wants me to determine the level of importance (wrf to role of DC or member server)of each of the security options stated in the local computer policy.

PLS HELP!

Wow! That's a tall order. As you've probably noticed, there are a bunch of them.

From my perspective, the most important options are those having to do with passwords because that they are the primary barrier to people being where they shouldn't be. Next in importance would be the security auditing features.

The rest of the options are really related to context. For example, the right to eject NTFS removeable media might be very important if you have any and not at all important if you don't.
