Importing e-mail adresses

I own a network of 300 computers on Win2kServer administration. My question is how to import (from AD)all user emails in order to add them to Outlook Express AdressBook for sending e-mail to all of them.
If there is another way of sending e-mails to all users at the same time please provide me the necessary steps.
