Hi…I am working in the support section of an ISP. Can anyone help me r give me any ideas as how to improve the customer serviices and also make our support for clients better. We normally give support over the phone. I have been trying to think ofvarious ways to make my section more effective and efficient. Any ideas will be most welcome and appreciated.
