… creating a shortcut for printing test pages to a printer, I ran into a problem and have a few questions. I built the shortcut as described in the newsletter using the following command … C:\Windows\system32\cscript.exe prnqctl.vbs -e -p , where you substitute your printer name in field. When I executed the command (via command prompt since it wasn’t working via shortcut), I appeared the only way to get the command to work properly was to shorten the printer name and remove any spaces from the printer name. Is there a way to get the shortcut to work with long names and spaces on the printer names?

Thanks …
