In need of a CRM, ticketing, and invoicing software

Hello, I am looking for a better way to manage my customers tickets and some sort of way to invoice them... I have been using outlook for years and creating my own invoices but this is way to time consuming ,,,, I have been looking into repair shopr and mhelp desk but the cost of these services are a bit high ... I looked into spice works but it doesn't allow me to setup multiple customers .... any suggestions on a good service or software that does these functions affordable

I would suggest checking out Cayzu help desk ( as they provide a simple way to track your customer needs and track the time spent working with the customer so you can bill them later.
