We are having trouble properly configuring the tape backup on our WIN2K server and could use some assistance getting it working .
I have not configured a tape backup before so I have followed the technet suggestions to the letter with no success.
I also brought my colleges in on it and they did the exact same steps as I did, obviously we got the same results.
I am assigning a large point value because it is that important that we get this done asap.
I believe it will probably be a small detail we are over looking. So if you do reply please be detail oriented.
