Please, how to troubleshoot in Windows, when the printer spooler is turned off?

Hey,

I would suggest that you go to start->run->services.msc and try to re-start the printer spooler service. Try printing after this and see it it works.

Why is the print spooler off, what are you trying to do? Is the printer not working or not printing right? What is the error message you get and what are you trying to do when you get it?

It would help if you told us what you want to actually do here. What exactly do you want to trouble shoot and why?

And what is the relevance of having the print spooler turned off?

I'm taking it that you have some form of printing problem but without more information it's impossible to answer your question.

What is actually happening here and what type of printer is involved?
