I have Exchange 5.5 running on WinNT 4 Server, and WIn98 Desktops with Outlook 2000 SR1. When e-mail arrives to various workstations, Outlook will freeze with an icon of an envelope showing. When the PC is restarted, Outlook will show that an e-mail has come through that you could not see before. This problem is intermittent but enough to cause people to complain. I have NAV 2000 running on all workstations with NIS2000. Can anybody help me with this problem as I have spoken to Microsoft Tech support with no help.
