Currently we are using Cobalt Qube 3 server as our email server. In order to allow our internal email user to send email to a group of users or department we use aliases (/etc/mail/aliases). example
HR is the group name for all HR email user. If i wanted to send and email to HR department i just need to type HR@mydomain.
The problem is, suppose this group ID only can be use internally but somehow external email also can send mail to this grouping ID. We only wanted this grouping ID (aliases) to be available for internal use and can’t receive any mail from external email domain. What can i do to control this.
