Incoming Mail is Being Blocked From Some Domains

After installing SP2 on Windows Exchange Server 2003, we are unable to receive e-mail from companies that we previously did receive from.
It is not the person but the entire domain.
It is being blocked at the server level not the Mailbox level.
Notes - I verified that I do not have the RBL feature configured at this time. It si not being blocked via Outlook JunkMail.
I verified that TrendMicro on the server is not blocking any addresses or domains.
These are large companies that ARE able to send e-mail to others just not to us. Can you think of anything else I can check?
We found out from a couple of the senders that they get a message from their host that it has tried and tried to send us the message but is not going to try again.
