Incoming Mails
Hello All
We have 2 exchange 5.5 servers 1 in each domains. Default mail client is outlook2000. When a mail sent from 1 mailbox on 1 domain to another mailbox in the other domain, the incoming mails use html as default format inoutlook 2000 but we want the mails to be received in plain text. I have tried all the options with the tools feature in outlook2000, but the problem still persists. Could anyone help me out please.
