I am running Windows 2000 Pro with SP4. I had a power supply fail and it scrambled the hard drive a little. I reinstalled Windows and recovered the majority of the function. One problem I am still having is with the recycle bin. When I right click on the recycle bin there are selections missing that used to be there like Open and some others. How can I recover the full functionality of the recycle bin? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
