Incorrect Memory Size Reported in NT 4

I need to make Windows NT 4.0 think more RAM is available than the BIOS says there is. I have 128 MB onboard and the BIOS sees all of it, but apparently the BIOS tells NT there is only 64 MB. Microsoft Knowledge Base article #154718, “Incorrect Memory Size Reported in Windows NT 4.0,” suggests upgrading the BIOS, but that resolution path is unavailable. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
