incredimail problem

I've lost capability to reply/forward using Incredimail-ver 5.8.5 (gets stuck in outbox). Send/Receive works fine.

Outlook Express still works fine and I would return to using it, but I can't transfer a couple years worth of saved info from Incredimail into Outlook.

Can any one give ideas to fix reply/forward problem, or xfer of data back into Outlook?

I've updated IC, run several antivirus programs (Malwarebyte,Xsoft, AVG, SpyHunter to name a few).

Since Incredimail itself is often considered Spyware, it is possible that an anti-spyware or anti-virus program crippled it.
You can try reinstalling the same version you have or updating to a more current version if there is one.

One thing's for sure... your friends will be glad if you make the switch to Outlook. Most people agree that email filled with all the Incredimail junk is obnoxious and often hard to read.

Txs a million. The "export" wouldn't support my version of IM, but "pro" works great-real easy! Am using demo which only allows 50 exports, but I'm progressing well in getting ALL messages Xfered. I couldn't justify the few bucks for a program I'll only use once-so I also thank them for the demo.

As for Incredimail-used to like it but it's getting over commercialized and updates are causing users to "buy" when previous versions where free. I sound cheap, but this is only a backdoor method to sell a product-kinda sleezy! And their support staff is the WORST!!
