Indexing pst file in outlook 2007

Hi all,

I’ve been struggeling with this issue for some time now.
What’s happening, or better NOT happening.

One of our users has beside his OST-file a PST file (for archiving purposes)
Now when he enters something to search for within this pst, no results are shown. Nevertheless all items should be indexed.
So clearly, the pst-file doesn’t get indexed

I have same setup and for me everything works just fine.

I’ve already gone through all the steps in http://www.msoutlook.info/question/47
But it still doesn’t work

any other bright ideas?
