ineb.dll error message

Hi,
I am working on a computer that had the W32.sofunny virus. I followed symantec removal instructions and removed the files from registry and win.ini. I am getting this message when I click on my computer,the control panel windows explorer or when I do a search for the file using the search feature. Can you tell me what’s up and how to stop it.
