inetcorp.adm not working in w2k GP

WHen I double click on corporate settings within AD for w2k, it pauses for a few seconds, then kicks me out of the current group policy. Any insight on this? It was working fine a month ago. We have applied some ms security updates. All of the files in this section do the same thing – inetset.adm and originetset.adm. All are located in the c:\winnt\inf folder and haven’t been modified since 2000. Thanks!
