Info needed to set up a real backup solution for an office.

Hello TechRepublic! I am a small business owner of a computer repair company. I have been wanting to get into the world of real IT work for other small businesses as a way to expand. Recently, someone gave me the opportunity to come up with a backup solution for an office of about 50 computers, and I need help with where to start! I know various ways to back up people's home computers but this is way different. #1: Could someone tell me what a tried-and-true, low-hassle, simple-yet-effective way of backing up 50 or so office computers data? We're looking at about 300GB of data total so far. #2: What's a solid resource for beginner IT-wannabes that want to learn about different backup strategies? Thanks everyone for your help!
