Problem Statement: We have created an InfoPath template having some forms. For each form we have created some form libraries in SharePoint2003. While submitting the forms we get an error stating ?The site may be offline, read-only, or otherwise unavailable? number of times. On clicking the submit button one message box prompt as shown below
We close the message box/or click on ?OK? tab. Now on again clicking the submit button we get the same error. Since we are submitting one form in 3 form libraries, we get the same error twice and third time the form gets submitted successfully.
Our assumptions and solutions: 1. it may be some network connection related problem.
2. Security problem (we have tried giving contributor permission to the user)
